Still seeing a 403 Error? (MS Admin Consent Required)
This error may only be relevant to O365 and Microsoft users.
If you're using Microsoft SSO (Single Sign-On) and still can't log in, your company's admin might need to approve Dialpad’s access.
What’s Happening?
Your Microsoft admin has not given permission for Dialpad to access emails and other data, which is required for login and calendar sync.
How to Fix It
- Contact your company’s IT admin.
- Share this link with them: Microsoft App Permissions Guide.
- Ask them to enable "User Consent to Apps" for Dialpad in O365 settings.
Once your admin updates the settings, try logging in again!
