This instruction outlines the steps to download call recordings from an individual user's call history in Dialpad.

You must be an Admin or have the necessary permissions to access user call history.

The user must have call recording enabled and applicable retention settings in place.
Steps:
1. Log into Dialpad Admin Portal
2. Navigate to Conversation History
4. Download the Call Recording
1. Log into Dialpad Admin Portal
2. Navigate to Conversation History
- On the left skinny bar, click on Conversation History
- Use the filters to narrow down your search with: Office | Groups, All members, Past 30 days (for date range), and click on More filters to see other filters such as: Call participant
3. Locate the Call Recording
- Scroll through the call history or use filters to locate the specific call.
- If the call was recorded, a playback icon will be displayed next to the call entry.
4. Download the Recording
- Click on the 3 dots next to the call entry and click on Download

Recordings will only appear if the call was recorded and the retention period has not expired.

This method is for individual recordings; use Dialpad Analytics for bulk exports via a CSV export, note that recordings will need to be downloaded via individual links.
