Log into Dialpad Admin Portal - Go to [https://dialpad.com/officesettings](https://dialpad.com/officesettings)   ### 2. Locate the Call Recording - Scroll through the call history or use filters to locate the specific call. - If the call was recorded, a **playback icon** will be displayed next to the call entry.   ### 4.
