HBX – How to Filter Call History in Your Admin Portal

Struggling to locate a specific call in your call history? Whether you're searching for a missed call, an inbound or outbound call, a specific caller number, or a dialed number, our HBX's filtering options make it simple. 

Follow the steps below to quickly filter and find the exact call you need:


1. Login to your HPBX Admin Portal: 

- https://hbx.untangled.com.au/

- https://pbx.overthewire.com.au/portal/

 

2. From the homepage, select Call History.

 

 

3. Navigate to Filters, located on the left side of your screen, just beneath the Call History section.

 

 

4. The following filtering options will appear:

  • The Custom Date Range filter can track calls on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis, where you can review call history up to the past 31 days. This allows for easy monitoring and retrieval of specific call records whenever needed.

  • The User Section in HBX refers to your organisation's internal extensions assigned to each HBX user. These extensions allow for direct dialing between team members and help manage call routing, transfers, and user-specific settings within your phone system.

  • Department – This applies to large organisations structured into multiple departments, helping to categorize and manage calls efficiently. (Only for large organisations who have segregated or categorised their users.)

  • Site – Used for businesses with multiple locations, numerous handsets, or extensions, ensuring seamless organisation and call routing. (Only for large organisations who have segregated or categorised their users.)


  • The Caller Number – As the name suggests, this represents the calls that have reached your clinic, business, firm, or salon, helping you track and manage incoming inquiries effortlessly.

  • Dialed Number - are the numbers your users have dialed, either from the handset or your webphone, allowing you to effortlessly track outgoing calls with precision.

  • Call Type – Here, you can easily filter calls by their status, whether they’re inbound, outbound, or missed calls, ensuring you never miss an important call.

  • Listen: Play back the audio of any call directly within the platform.
  • Cradle To Grave: Track the full journey of a call—from whether it reached the operator to any redirections (such as voicemail or another number).
