How to Enable International Calling & Manage Credits in Dialpad

On Dialpad Admins are able to manage International Calling and Calling Credit Top Ups.


  1. Open your web browser and log in to your Dialpad account: Dialpad Settings.

  2. Go to Admin Settings.

  3. If you manage multiple offices, select the correct one from the drop-down menu.

 

4. Navigate to and click Billing on the left panel

5. On the Credits and Usage page, click Settings.

6. Activate the following options:

    • Auto-add credits when the balance drops below AU$5 (Optional)

    • Enable International Calling


 

Once activated, you can:

  • Manually add a balance based on your needs.

  • Budget using international rates found here: Dialpad Rates (Ensure the correct currency is selected to avoid confusion).


 

7. To add credits, click Add Credits, or contact support@untangled.com.au

 

If you have International Services enabled and Call Credits but can't call a specific country, Dialpad may have blocked it to prevent toll fraud. Certain high-cost jurisdictions are disabled by default to protect against unauthorized charges.

 

To enable calling to these areas, submit a request to Untangled Support
