# Managing your Direct Debit Details in My Account

**Overview**

This guide helps you update your Direct Debit details for both Bank Accounts and Credit Cards quickly and securely through the My Account Portal, with confirmation provided upon completion.

**Steps:

1\. Login to  **[**My Account Portal**](https://myaccount.untangledict.com.au/users/sign_in)

**Please ensure you are the authorised contact for your company. If not, feel free to reach out to us for assistance.**

**2. Navigate to:**

Account → Direct Debit → Update Direct Debit Details

Then select the Direct Debit tab in the top menu bar – once there, select update Direct Debit Details in the green tab and follow the steps.

**3\. Complete the Process**

A confirmation email, along with a copy of your new Direct Debit Request (DDR), will be sent to you once completed.
