Managing your Direct Debit Details in My Account

Overview

This guide helps you update your Direct Debit details for both Bank Accounts and Credit Cards quickly and securely through the My Account Portal, with confirmation provided upon completion.


Steps:

1. Login to  
My Account Portal
Please ensure you are the authorised contact for your company. If not, feel free to reach out to us for assistance.


2. Navigate to:
Account → Direct Debit → Update Direct Debit Details




Then select the Direct Debit tab in the top menu bar – once there, select update Direct Debit Details in the green tab and follow the steps.





3. Complete the Process
A confirmation email, along with a copy of your new Direct Debit Request (DDR), will be sent to you once completed.
