Polycom Factory Reset

Steps:

Using the Physical phone:

1. Press the Home button  
2. Choose Settings and press on Factory Reset.
3. Enter the admin password: qwe!@#123
4. Press Login
5. Press Factory Reset again
6. Press Ok

This will reboot the device around 2-3 times.

Once completely booted up, it will now have the factory default settings.

Using the Polycom Configuration page:

1. On the physical phone, press the Home button  
2. Choose Settings and take note of the network IP address
3. Enter the IP address in a computer browser
4. Sign in using the following:
   Username: admin
   Password: qwe!@#123
5. Click on System Management > Device Update 
6. Under Reset Configuration, click Reset
7. Click OK

This will reboot the device around 2-3 times.

Once completely booted up, it will now have the factory default settings.
