Jabra USB Adapter or Dongle
The Jabra headset you have been supplied would have come with a USB adapter or dongle that needs to be plugged in to your computer, this will automatically pair with your headset.
If you do not have this set up, it could be the reason why you're having sound problems with Jabra on your Dialpad. Your headset would have come with a carrying pouch, inspect the zipped compartment inside the pouch and you'll find your USB adapter or dongle. Plug it in to your computer to take advantage of:
- Sound quality features such as HD voice, HiFi Audio and A2DP for crystal-clear sound for calls and music
- Superior wireless range up to 100 ft/ 30m for optimal mobility (please note EMI or Electro Magnetic Interference can still impact this)
- Easy to manage and update with Jabra Direct "over the air" software updates to easily be pushed
To ensure that your Jabra updates its' firmware download, Jabra Direct.
Firmware updates allows Jabra to ensure your headset is always on the latest version which fixes bugs or issues related to computer or app version updates.

Go to Advanced Sound Settings and in the app list you will find Dialpad make sure that it is set to your Jabra Link 380 and go back to Sound Settings then click on Sound Control Panel and in the Communications tab select Do Nothing and click on Apply then OK
Dialpad Device Settings
On your Dialpad App click on the cog for Device Settings and make sure your Microphone and Speaker are set to Jabra Link 380. Click on Test to make sure you can hear sound and speak into the microphone, the sound bars should move.
