# Programming Dialpad Deskphone Speed Dials

Programming speed dials is easily done on the Dialpad Admin console. If you are not the Super Admin for your company's Dialpad, you may need to refer or request this from your Super Admin or to [support@untangledict.com.au](mailto:support@untangledict.com.au) or click on the chat box to initiate your request.

 

**Admin Console**

1\. Go to [Dialpad.com/officesettings](http://Dialpad.com/officesettings)

2\. Click on **Admin Settings** then on **Deskphones**

3\. Find the User or Room Phone to be configured with Speed Dials and on the far right click on **Options** then **Configure Deskphone**

4\. Start setting up the Speed Dials, in **Function** select **Speed Dial** for User Phone Numbers

and select **Dept/ Call Center** for Shared Line Numbers such as the Main or a Department Number

5\. Once all Function Keys or Speed Dials are programmed, don't forget to **Update Device**
