Do you want to set up speed dials on your Poly Deskphone?
Programming speed dials is easily done on the Dialpad Admin console. If you are not the Super Admin for your company's Dialpad, you may need to refer or request this from your Super Admin or to support@untangledict.com.au or click on the chat box to initiate your request.
Admin Console
1. Go to Dialpad.com/officesettings
2. Click on Admin Settings then on Deskphones
3. Find the User or Room Phone to be configured with Speed Dials and on the far right click on Options then Configure Deskphone
4. Start setting up the Speed Dials, in Function select Speed Dial for User Phone Numbers
and select Dept/ Call Center for Shared Line Numbers such as the Main or a Department Number
5. Once all Function Keys or Speed Dials are programmed, don't forget to Update Device
