Step by step process on how to add speed dials on Yealink SIP phone
Using the Physical phone:
Steps:
1. On the physical phone, press Menu > 2. Features > 4. Dsskey
2. Choose the line key you want to save your speed dial and press Enter
3. Under type, change it to SpeedDial by using the left/right keys
4. Account ID should always be Line 1.
5. Label: Enter the Name for your contact
6. Value: Enter the phone number of the contact
7. Press Save
Using the Yealink Configuration Page:
1. On the physical phone, press Menu > 1. Status
2. Type in the IPv4 address into a browser.
3. Login using the following credentials.
- Username: admin
- Password: qwe!@#123
4. Go to Dsskey > Line Key
5. Choose the Line Key you want to save the speed dial to
- Type: SpeedDial
- Value: Enter the phone number of the contact
- Label: Enter the Name for your contact
6. Click Confirm
