Click on Make a Call
From the Dialpad App, navigate to the Side Bar and click on the phone icon to start dialling away.
If you have not downloaded the Dialpad App, remember to do this first. Refer to our Onboarding Series, Register Your Dialpad for more information.
Toggle Between your Caller IDs or Shared Lines
Do you need to call out from another Department, or Shared Line? On the Side Panel, you will find Departments you are assigned to as an Operator, this means you can call out from not only the Main Line but also Departments.
Call Out from a Shared Line
Click on the phone icon from the Side Bar, then click on New Call From and then select the Department to call out from. Search for your contact, then click on call.
Have more than 1 Number assigned to you?
Click on the phone icon from the Side Bar, then click on Your caller ID displays as and Change from the numbers you are assigned. Search for your contact, then click on call.

The Search Bar works 2 ways.
Find a Contact
Use the Search Bar to locate your contact, remember you will have needed to save your Contacts first. If you need help importing all your contacts from your Global/ Company Directory you can reach out to us, click on Contact Us.
Back Track Conversations
Use the Search Bar and enter a keyword for Dialpad to return your query on any messages, phone calls, and transcripts where the keyword was captured by Dialpad. Remember, you will need to have your Voice Intelligence on, or recorded your phone calls.
