Register Your Dialpad

Everything you need to know to get started.

You have been invited to Dialpad!

As soon as your Dialpad Talk license is allocated, you will receive an email from Dialpad with the subject, "You have been invited to Dialpad". To complete the registration, in the email click on Get Started with Dialpad and complete all the prompts to successfully register your account.

 Porting your number to Dialpad?

The number you have selected or have been assigned is considered as your direct Dialpad landline number. 

 

If you are porting your main line and user land line numbers or mobile numbers, the numbers you are first assigned upon registration will be replaced with your correct numbers as soon as porting is successful. Standard number porting timelines take anywhere between 2 - 4 weeks for CAT A numbers, and 6 - 8 weeks for CAT C numbers. The timelines are only indicative and can extend depending on circumstances with your current carrier or carriers.

 

Not happy with the Dialpad number?

If you want to replace the Dialpad number you've selected with a different landline number or mobile number, or perhaps it is a number not specific for your region? You can always chat to us to have it sorted, send your request via support@untangled.com.au or speak to your Customer Success Manager.

 

Are you having problems trying to find the Dialpad email?

First, check your spam or junkbox. If you still cannot find the Dialpad email, you can still register your account by following these steps:

 

1. On a browser, go to Dialpad.com/settings

2. Log in via your company email facility whether Google or Office365, use your email address as the username and the password would be the same one you use to log into your email

3. Follow and complete the prompts til you successfully complete the registration

4. Download the Dialpad App on your preferred devices via Dialpad.com/download or by looking for the Dialpad App on the App Store.

 

Administrator Needs to Sign You Up

If you end up getting this message, it could mean that you are trying to register for a new user but using an administrator user email address. Follow the steps above from 1 to 4, and make sure that you sign in the area for the email facility you use and the new user's email address.
