[Dialpad Admin](https://knowledge.untangledict.com.au/using-dialpad?hsLang=en#dialpad-admin) # Steps to Set Up Dialpad HubSpot V2 Integration ``` Published 16 May 2025 ```   **Who can use this feature?** Dialpad Connect Pro, Sell, and Contact Centre users with HubSpot Sales Free, Starter, Professional, and Enterprise can use this integration.   **Only users with admin access in both Dialpad and HubSpot can set up and connect the integration.** Please ensure that all users are using the **same email address** for both their Dialpad and HubSpot accounts to avoid connection issues.   Users do not need Admin access to either HubSpot or Dialpad — once the integration is enabled, it is available for the entire company.     Steps: [1. Each Dialpad User Connects their Hubspot Account](https://knowledge.untangledict.com.au/steps-to-set-up-dialpad-hubspot-v2-integration#ConnectHubspot)   **1. Check Hubspot User Permissions & Connect Integration** All required **permissions must be granted** before users can successfully connect to HubSpot V2. Missing any of these will prevent proper integration.   **Ensure the following permissions are enabled for all users:**   **CRM \> CRM Objects:** - Contacts: **View and Edit** - Companies: **View and Edit** - Deals: **View and Edit** - Tickets: **View and Edit** - Tasks: **View and Edit**   **Account \> Settings Access:** - **Edit property settings** - **App marketplace access**   ![](https://play.vidyard.com/EJQzMeLtMDbRVkpJeLMcqT.jpg)   Once permissions are confirmed: - Go to the **Dialpad Admin Portal** at dialpad.com/officesettings - Enable **HubSpot V2** integration for your office, click on **Options** \> **Manage Settings** ![](https://knowledge.untangledict.com.au/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-May-15-2025-11-15-06-4131-PM.png?width=688&height=369&name=image-png-May-15-2025-11-15-06-4131-PM.png)   - Tick **Enable this feature**, and turn on features required then click on **Save changes** on the top right. - Go back to **Integrations** and click **Options** next to Hubspot V2 and click **Connect**   **2. Each Dialpad User Connects their Hubspot Account** Once: - All required permissions are set, - HubSpot V2 is enabled in Dialpad, - And HubSpot V2 is installed,   Each user can now connect their individual accounts.   **To connect your HubSpot account in Dialpad:** 1. Open the **Dialpad desktop app**. 2. Use the **Search Bar** (top center) to find any HubSpot contact. 3. Click on the contact’s name. 4. On the right-hand widget panel, locate **HubSpot V2**. 5.
